The D: He is the oldest student at the academy, turning 12 this December. Now in 6th grade, he is a middle schooler this year.

The D enjoys reading, reading, playing with his friends, and reading! He also likes to play video games, but he doesn’t usually get to.

His favorite books are The Ranger’s Apprentice series, the Percy Jackson series, the Pendragon series, and The Hardy Boys books. He also loves The Magic Tree House, but he has sort of outgrown them. Besides, he’s already read every one.

Big E: He is the resident 5th grader (and 10-year-old) at the academy.

Big E enjoys drawing, painting and art of all kinds. He also enjoys Bionicles, Power Rangers and Legos. He does not enjoy reading - at all! He is currently reading The Edge Chronicles. (Better late than never!)

Big E plays soccer and basketball.

Little E: Little E is the charter member of the SMH Academy kindergarten program. He is age 5.

Little E enjoys looking at books and being read to, watching Curious George, and playing with Power Ranger action figures. (We have every season of figures since Lightspeed Rescue.)

His favorite course is Pesky Little Brother 101.
